What is the right amount of sleep?

Children are recommended to get between 9 to 15 hours – depending on the age of the child.

Adults have a different recommended amount of sleep – their hoursĀ  range from between 7 to 9 hours.

Elderly individuals are recommended to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
